These Terms of Use govern your use of our website wwwork.shop (“Website”), participation in our workshops, and how we process the personal data of students and subscribers. Before any usage of our Services please read these Terms of Use carefully. By using our Services, including any content or any materials, video-courses and/or live online workshops (“Workshops”) on the Website, or performing any activity in our Website, you signify your agreement to comply with these Terms of Use, all applicable laws, and regulations, copyright laws and your local laws (if applicable). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use our Services.

Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Website is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Website (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. No part of the Website and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior permission.

Payment Methods
We only accept payments by credit card. 

Payment Policy
To book a seat in a workshop, you will have to pay the total amount by credit card upfront. 

Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, there are two options:If you cancel your enrollment 31 days before the workshop starts, you will receive a full refund of your tuition.If you cancel your enrollment 30 days or less before the Workshop starts, you will not be entitled to a refund, but you may postpone your participation according to the postponement policy. 

Dispute Resolution
We may not always agree on all points, and we firmly believe that the ability to dialog about disagreements is a skill that is very close to the core of Wwworkshop. If we both believe that we cannot resolve a dispute through dialog, then you agree that the Slovenian courts alone are competent to resolve disputes.

Sharing Policy
During our Workshops you will work on the content we have prepared. As a student, you are not required to discuss your work, disclose client details or anything else that might be confidential. However, do not hesitate to share your work challenges with us at a level where you feel comfortable knowing you will be working with other students in a non-NDA environment.

Copyright Policy 
The Content of Wwworkshop is our sole property and we do not transfer any rights other than the limited right to use the learning Content for your internal business use or personal use to a reasonable extent and not in its entirety.   

Privacy Policy
What data do we collect? We collect personal identifying information such as name, e-mail address, phone number, etc.How do we collect your information? You provide most of the information we collect directly to us:When booking a seat in a Workshop on our Website.When subscribing to our newsletter.When using or viewing our Website via the cookies of your browser.How do we use your data? Liability Policy
Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount of cash actually paid by you for our Workshops.
